TRANSPORT
How to get from the Copenhagen Airport to Comwell Hotel, Roskilde?
Take the regional train from the Airport to the Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård). From here change to another regional train bound for Roskilde Station where you should get off.
At Roskilde station you can take a taxa (call 0045 4675 7575), it should be about 130 DKK.
Or you can use one of the following buses:

•203 towards Veddelev and get off at the stop 'Vestre Kirkevej' and then walk for app. 400m (10 min uphill) to get to the hotel. (This bus route is shorter than the one for bus 204)

•204 towards Veddelev and get off at the stop 'Vestre Kirkevej' and then walk for app. 400m (10 min uphill) to get to the hotel.

•201A towards Trekroner St. and get off at the stop 'Åvej/sognevej' and then walk for app. 1.1km (15 min) to get to the hotel.

•358 towards Stenløse and get off at the stop 'Terrasserne' and then walk for app. 1.3 km (16 min) to get to the hotel.

ACCOMMODATION
Below you will find the different options for accommodation in Roskilde. The most obvious choice will be to stay at the conference venue: Comwell Conference Hotel in Roskilde.
When you register online through the link you were given by the conference committee, you can pay for the rooms at Comwell for the night of Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd of April, as long as they are available.
The rooms will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
The price is DKK 800 per night including breakfast.
Please note that it is only possible to PAY for the nights of the conference: Monday, 2 April to Wednesday, 4 April. However, bookings before the conference are also possible, please indicate this in the 'comments' field as you make your online registration.
Check-in at Comwell is from 2 pm.
Please note that Comwell will be closed for the Easter Holiday and therefore rooms for the night of April 4 will not be open for reservation. If you require accommodation for the night of the 4th and/or subsequent nights, please contact calpiu12@ruc.dk for more information, as we may be able to offer you a good price at another hotel in Roskilde.
Staying at the conference hotel is of course optional, but we hope many of the conference participants will choose to stay at the conference hotel for the duration of the conference to facilitate informal networking.
Conference materials will be issued at the conference venue Sunday 1 April from 17:00–19:00 and again Monday morning from 08:00-09:00.
Please note that the conference opens Monday at 09:00 and the first keynote lecture will commence at 09:30. If you are arriving from outside Denmark, you might want to consider the option of arriving on Sunday 1 April or earlier.

This is a hostel, which can accomodate from 1 to 6 persons pr. room. Breakfast is not included, but can be acquired for 7 € pr. day. It is located in the center of Roskilde.

MID-RANGE

This hotel is located 2 km from the city center of Roskilde. It is quite difficult to reach without car or taxi. You will find modern facilities such as fitness area and sauna at the hotel. Breakfast is included.

HIGH-END
Hotel Prindsen (www.hotelprindsen.dk)
This hotel is located in the center of Roskilde and the rooms are really beautiful. Breakfast buffet is included. Only single rooms available.

OTHER OPTIONS
Alternatively, there is the option of staying in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. The regional trains run 4 times an hour between Copenhagen and Roskilde station, and the train ride takes app. 25 minutes. You can find more information about hotels in Copenhagen here.
